Our mission as United Methodists is to make disciples for the transformation of the world.
As United Methodists we believe that our love of God and his love for us calls us to action. When people look at us we want them to see a physical and earthly embodiment of God's love for them. We want to work together to connect, intimately and meaningfully, with our communities. We want to provide support, love and conenction for all who need it. We strive to be a good servant of our fellow Neighbor.
If you'd like to know more you can check out the United Methodist Church website.
Yes! As United Methodists we believe that everyone has a space at God's table, regardless of Age, Gender, Membership Status, or Baptismal Status. Our communion liturgy begins with the words:
"all who love him, who earnestly repent of their sin, and seek to live in peace with one another."
If you would like to join our congregation, all you need to do is talk with our Pastor Kevin. You can do that either in person or, contact him via his email: revkgbmax@gmail.com
Afterwards, you will share our vows as a United Methodist in front of the congregation during one of our normal Sunday worship services. No payments are required and we accept baptisms from any and all former denominations
No, we accept all baptisms from any and all other Christian Denominations. However, we have worship services in which we remember our baptism. But this is not a second baptism.
We will baptize you now! We do three types of baptism: sprinkling, pouring and immersion, so whichever you feel will best help you take your next step into your journey of faith we are willing and able to accomodate.
